I do not have access to this feature in PWA although my security has this
feature checked. Are there any ideas as to where I can look to see why this

PWA -> Admin Settings -> Manage Groups / Manage Categories. See what views
you have access and what objects (e.g. resources) you can access or amend.
Your resulting access is the combination of the two above.

There are also some helpful tools under Project Server Resource Kit like
"ViewEffectiveRights.exe" that can take you in to right direction.

Thank you. That narrows it down and I can look for differences. I have the
authority in development but not in production. Now I know where to look.
