I have over 1500 email messages stored in outlook. Of these, 850
relate to one particular project and interaction. I need to sort these
and save in a way that I have an access to the info in a short notice.
Right now, I have saved these on a hard drive using file - save as
function and then i have created an excel file indexing these saved
files using hyperlink function (in excel). To these i have typed
physically (adjoining cells in excel) the dates of these files
(recieved or sent). I can now sort these date wise and file name wise.
Is there a better way to doing this. Or if this seems Ok can I
hyperling more that one file in excel ( this would make it less time
taking)
