Manage Junk email filters

TOM

Can anyone help, this is the message I get anytime I do anything in Outlook
2003

Unable to add to the server Junk E-Mail Lists, you are over the size allowed
on the server. The Junk E-Mail filter on the server will be disabled until
your Junk E-Mails have been reduced to the size allowed on the server. Would
you like to manage your Junk E-Mail Lists now?

I then have 2 boxes to click on manage lists and cancel. When I click cancel
it just keeps popping up and I have to close out of Outlook. I click manage
and my blocked sender list come up with a lot of addresses in it. I don't
want to delete these because I am afraid I will be allowing them to get into
my mail again.

I am running off of a server with Exchange 2003 and Office 2003 on my
laptop. I do work both in the office and on the road and connect through
either VPN or Terminal Services, depending on what i am doing. I us the VPN
for mail

You can pretty much delete all the addresses from your Blocked Senders List
as most of the time these addresses are spoofed or auto generated and will
be used only once. In general you only add the addresses to the Blocked
Senders List if you repeatedly get email from the same address and there is
no other way to unsubscribe from it.
