I've been using Outlook, trying to manage a huge recruiting effort. I
know nothing about bcm, but someone told me it could help. So I
bought it and installed it.... I'm still lost.
Here's what I'm doing. I post some ads on various sites with a link
to my recruter email address. Interested applicants click the link.
I have an outlook rule which responds to these with an email. the
email points them to our web site with more inforrmation about the
jobs and an online application.
when they fill out the application, the system kicks off an e-mail to
me with all the information i need to start processing them. After
that, they have several pieces of paperwork to send me, I have several
steps in the process including a phone interview, etc. I'm doing this
all by hand now, and it's a nightmare.
I'd like to track each individual ad version, and locale to see what's
most effective. I'd like to track my applicants from their initial e-
mail through hire (or pass). I'd like to follow up with these people
until they are hired or pass. I just can't seem to figure out how to
set this all up. Can someone help me figure out how to get this all
working in BCM?
