Manage .udcx in Cental Administration

Hi, I uploaded some Data Connection on Central Administration unter "Manage
data connection files" correctly, now I design a Form and will access to one
of this Data Connection, how can I do that ? since there is not a "normally"
Data Collection Library that I can address to? Thanks
