Hello.
in my project I have several users with different authorities to view and
make changes to project.
Can I prevent a group of users to see the cost & budget figures?

Using MS Server 2008, Project 2007. Project files are stored over sharepoint.

With a desktop installation of Project, (any version, standard or
professional), you cannot hide Project fields from users. If they have
access to the file, they can display any field. I doubt Project Server
has any means to do what you want but I don't know since I don't use
Project Server or Sharepoint. This newsgroup is dedicated to questions
about the stand alone versions of Project. Try posting your question to
our sister newsgroup, microsoft.public.project.server.
