Manage Users in PWA is blank.

I am having an issue where when you go to Manage Users under Server Settings
there are no users listed. You can put a space in the Search box and it
retrieves all the users. Can someone tell me why they are not showing up
when you first go to the page?

Hi,
This is not an issue or bug in pwa.
If you have more than 600 Project Server users in your organization, the
user list on the Manage User page will not appear. This is done by design,
because loading a large number of users to the page can cause performance
issues. Although the user list does not appear, you can use the search
options to list users by user name or e-mail address.

But in my case it happend in more than 300 users
