Managed Accounts

So, I tried to login into my managed server today to work on some of my
accounts, and I am getting an error message. I first thought it had to do
with my recent upgrade to IE7, but found that I can not get access with IE 6.
I am getting a "no role" tab at the bottom, and can not expand by users.

Emily, I can login at that site. When my hosted space comes up, the tab at
the bottom says no role, and the message at the top of the page is permission
denied. It looks like we can no longer manage our hosted space. I did talk
to anohter user with another company, and they can login and manage their
space.

Any other suggestions on who to contact? I have called and emailed
(e-mail address removed).
