Managed code in Internet scenario

hi all

can anyone tell me if the following situation's work

1) situation1
--infopath form with managed code and fully trusted(digital certificates) is
deployed on a remote webserver and the managed code is accessing a
webservice...
--client is accessing the the template through a website(so default zone is
Internet zone or trusted sites zone)

2) situation 2
--infopath form installed on the clients computer(registered with msi etc)
accessing a webservice on a remote server. please highlight the security
issues associated with this situation.
