Managed Code PDS Extension for Project Server 2003

Hi,

I have a problem developing a PDS Extension in C#. I have
used the Project 2003 sample from the Microsoft site.

If I test my PDS Extension direct with the PdsDirect Tool
(included in the downloaded file) everything is working.
But if I access the PDS from a Client like the PDSTest.NET
Tool it returns the STATUS "9008".

I think, that I have installed the PDS Extension described
in the sample. Now I have no idea.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
