Managed MAPI Service Catastrophic Failure

Hello-
I have been using Outlook 2003 for about 6 months. I
receive POP email from Yahoo into Outlook. I decided to
install Business Contact Manager and received the
following error after installation was complete and I
opened Outlook for the first time since the install:
"Managed MAPI Service Catastrophic Failure
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation"
Can anybody tell me what this means and how to fix it?
