Hi,
I'd like to have Outlook set up so that if a contact is a
member of more than one group and a contact's information
is changed it will be replicated to all groups the
contact is a member of. So if we have a contact who's a
member of the Sales, Admin and Marketing group and a
change is made to the contact's email, whenever we send
an email to the Admin group or the Marketing group the
new email address will be used without having to manually
update it. Is this a possibility with Outlook (is it
versatile enough, hopefully?)? And if not is there any
software or add-ons to Outlook that provide this
feature? Thanks so much for any responses.
