Manager and Delegate on behalf Issues with Appointments.

When a delegate books an appointment to the resource manager, on behalf of
the manager, the delegate becomes the owner of the appointment, and not the
manager. Even though the appoitnment dsplayes the manager as the meeting
request, delegate is the owner and the manger could not move the meeting
from the resource.

Is there any way to transfer the ownership back to the manger, or is there a
way that both the delegate and manger has owner access to the appoinment.

I do not want to set the resources to Editor permissions to solve this as it
creates other issues for the helpdesk team.

Any help/ideas is appreciated.
