Manager cannot create resource account - 0x8C040017 spooler error

After importing project into server, I went to republish assignments and got
above error. I am administrator and have all privileges.

Anyone know why and how to fix?

MaryB --

It sounds like you failed to match the resources in the project with
resources in the Enterprise Resource Pool, which results in this Spooler
error the next time you publish or republish assignments. Refer to the
