I installed the Groove 2007 Manager on a Win2003 R2 x64 clean install. It
appeared to install but doesn't seem to do anything. When I connect via IE,
I get a page, hourglass cursor, and then nothing.
I reran setup.exe and selected repair. It completed successfully but said I
had to run the "Sharepoint Products and Technologies Configuration Wizard."
Sharepoint is not installed on this server. I haven't seen anything that
said it was a prerequisite.
As far as I can tell everything seems in place. The web files are there,
Groove and GrooveAutoActivate are allowed in IIS, the gmdDb database exists
in SQL.
What should I check? Do I really need to do something with sharepoint?
thanks, bob
