Manager lockout

Hi,

I had an issue when rebuilding my laptop, i didnt store the groove license
file and the login to other computers option was not enabled. Thus i had to
create a new user account.

I was the only manager of one of our Groove workspaces and now no one can
invite me to the workspace as the manager.

Is there any way that i can get manager rights to the workspace now or do i
have to recreate the workspace?

Hello Jonathan,

In this case you will want to have one the other members make a copy of the
space. They will become a manager by default of the copied space. They can
then invite all mambers including you to copied space. You can be invited as
a manager. As a rule there should be at lease 2 managers in a space. Once all
members are in the copied space, delete or archive the original space.
