manager - staff ordering

Hi all experts

I would like to know how to specific the staff's ordering.
Let say, i like to use the staff's title as a order criteria.

Manager
I
Title A
Mary
I
Title B
May
I
Title C
Joe

What should i do during the import?

I'm using visio2003 and the data come from excel file.

The Organization Chart wizard does not provide any way to specify the order
of subordinates in the resulting Organization Chart.

You can reorder subordinates in the chart using the move left/roght
commands.
