I find it very useful to map relationships in an organization and would find
it very helpful if the "Manager's Name" filed could be a lookup function that
allows me to pick the manager from my Outlook contact list, with the option
of just typing a name if I don't want to create a v-card. Assuming however,
that I have picked a name from my existing contact list, the Manager's name
should be a link to that record.
On the long run, I would like to be able to use that relationship to
represent it in an orgchart in ppt or visio, Microsoft CRM, etc.
