I have 3 IMAP email addresses and 1 exchange. After the obvious, have less email addresses solution....how would one see and manage all email from one window. RIght now I can toggle bewteen the account inboxes or use mail views but it seems logical that I could see and manage everything in one inbox.

You can create a unified inbox using a saved search. Create a new Saved
Search (File>New>Saved Search) and enter the following criteria:

Search: All Messages
Match if any criteria are met
Folder is [name of inbox for IMAP account 1]
Folder is [name of inbox for IMAP account 2]
Folder is [name of inbox for IMAP account 3]
Folder is [name of inbox for Exchange account]

Click on the Save button and give your Saved Search a name. You can now
access this unified inbox though the Mail Views section in Entourage¹s mail
folder list.
