Managing crews in one calender

How do I have calendar keep schedules for two different crews? I'm dragging
tasks into the calendar, but I want the calendar to show me Crew #1's tasks
for the day in order and Crew #2 in order but grouped by crew.

Ex:
Crew 1 Crew 2
Job 1 Job 1
Job 2 Job 2
Job 3

I want to manage what crew gets what task, when they will do it and in what
order it is to be done. Then I can print it in the evening so that when they
come in in the evening they can look at what is to be done the following
day. These crews are not computer literate.

JB,
You do not mention your version of Outlook,
In OL 2003/Go menu/Folder list/Navigation Pane/right
click Calendar folder/new folder.
Name it what you want. Create more if needed.
This is how we set up OL 2003 to manage our crews daily
jobs/work orders/appointments/etc....
