Managing forwarded emails with rules.

Is there a way to create a rule when an email has been forwarded to me from
my boss and re-direct that email to an inbox folder. I get a copy of every
email that my boss receives. I need to manage them once I receive them, but
I can not find anything in the rules that help when the email that has been
received and now has a new "From:" Can you help! I get 40-50 of these
daily.
