Managing multi column

Hello

my goal is to limit total page quantity of a large database.
It is a list of product description in table Description and product codes
in table Articles.

I have created a main report for each product description and a subreport
linked through ProductID. The subreport brings in many data about each item
corresponding to one product description.
I wish to make a 2-column sub report into the 1-column main report.
How is it possible in Access 2000 ?

It only works in the across-then-down configuration when used in a Subreport
control.
