I am assistant to three busy executives which of course means scheduling many
many meetings. I want to keep the meetings in my calendar, but as the
meeting organizer, I want the default for me to be "show time as free." As
it is now, my calendar cluttered with things I don't attend. Therefore, when
I am doing a busy search for a new meeting, the
auto-search-next-available-time doesn't do me much good because it's looking
at my schedule, too. I've tried showing the meetings as "free" on my
calendar, but this is tedious and when I reschedule something, wouldn't you
know I forget to change it back to "show busy" and then have to send it
again. Is there an easier work-around, or should this go on the Wish List?
