Managing Note Flags -- Questions

Trying to wrap my mind around Note Flags and their capabilities, two questions:
- is it possible to define some sort of report or a display of a subset of
Note Flags? Every time I want to see, for example, calls to be made, the NFS
presents the complete list of all note flag types -- all unminimized. Is
there anyway just to see, for example, 'Calls to be Made', and 'Waiting for
an Answer Flags', without seeing any other flags?
- related to that, it seems that moving between the NFS and the notebook
itself, and making any changes to the note flag (checking it off, changing
the type, deleting it...) results in the NFS going back to the top and
'unminimizing' everything all over again. It makes going through the flags
to be more inefficient than it should be? Is there any way for a user to
change this, for example and user setting to 'return to NFS where I was
before'?

And not so much a question as a thought -- note flag handling seems a bit
awkward? If you change the name of a flag, or the symbol associated with it,
the change is only in effect on a go-forward basis. If you want to have a
nice, organized set of flags, it seems that you have to go through your
entire list, locate items with the old symbol or name, unflag it and then
reflag it. At which point, see my second point above.

Thanks for your consideration,

You can't limit the NotesFlag Summary Task Pane to only show a certain
type of flag. The best you can do is to use the "Group Note Flags By"
dropdown to sort by flag, and then concentrate on the flag you want.

You could possibly create a Summary Page (also from the Task Pane) and
then manually delete the flags you don't want to see, but I find that's
too much work, and the duplicated flags in the Summary Page often confuse
me if I don't immediately delete them. I've just gotten used to using
the NFS. I can confirm that the minimizing behavior you see in the NFS
cannot be changed.
