Is there a GUI-way to manage multiple PPT files similar to managing
multiple slides within a single PPT file -- rearranging, hiding, etc.
I have over 150 PPT files, each with 5-10 slides. Each PPT file deals
with a very specific topic. I often update the PPT topic files so I
don't want a single, large PPT file. Also my PPTs load faster with
many, smaller files. When I prepare my training seminars I select maybe
8 PPT files that are relevant to my seminar. I create a 'master'
seminar PPT file with a single slide that has a hyperlinked table of
contents. Each topic refers to a PPT file.
This procedure works well, but I'd REALLY prefer a GUI-approach of
selecting and rearranging PPT files -- like I can do with slides within
a PPT presentation.
Any suggestions?
