Managing the order of Conditional Formatting

I have several workbooks that are set up using tables and conditional
formats. Everyday I copy the previous days worksheet within the workbook.
All of my conditional formats seem to keep their order except on one
workbook. On this paticular workbook everytime i copy the previous day the
conditional format order rearranges in the newly copied sheet. It appears to
default to alphabetical order to applied area of the conditional format.(i.e.
rule 1's applied area is B1:G40, rule 2's applied area is C1:E40, rule 3's
applied area is E1:F40 ... when i want the order to be rule 2 then 3 then 1)
This only happens to one of my workbooks, so i don't understand why all the
other workbooks will maintain the order i want and this workbook will not.
Any suggestions as to how to fix this?
