Managing Views

I have just installed Project Server 2003, I have finished creating my first
Cube Database. I have given permissions to these cubes.

I was now trying to do create some views (I think this is the next step) so
I could enter a project/tasks/etc.

When I open the Manage Views item from Admin, I see the Specify Views entry
box, but it is all inaccessible (all options are grayed out) and there is an
error icon on the bottom left of the page [!] as if the whole page did not
load properly.

I suspect this may be a permissioning isssue, but I do not know where to
look for these permissions. Also, when I go to the manage users & groups
page, sort of the same thing happens (i can add users & groups, but no drop
down box is available to view the added users/groups). Please help (I am so
close to getting this off the ground ;-)

Make sure that you are in the Administrators group and that you are not a
member of any other Group that may have permissions set to Deny. Typically,
the Administrators group is associated with the My Organization category.
Make sure that this category is set to allow you to see everything/everyone.

It actually turned out to be the fact that I have SharePoint Portal Server up
& running prior to Project 2003 install. I just had to got o sharepoint
managed paths & exclude the Project path.
