managing voting results

We have set up voting buttons (approve;reject) for managers to approve
quotations. We have also set things so that the sender receives responses.
But, is there any way to notify the original sender when responses have been
received back from ALL of the recipients, without her having to continue to
check the tracking tab on the original message in the sent items folder to
see if everyone responded?
