Managing your Exchange quota

We have just been transferred to Entourage 2008 on Exchange 2007. Is there anywhere I can find tips on how best to manage my Exchange quota? I believe the attachments sent and received make a big dint in the quotas.

Thank you for any suggestions.

You can't use Entourage to manage quotas other than using it to keep an
eye on your storage.

Select your Exchange account in the folder list on the left and select
Edit --> Folder Properties. Under the Storage tab you'll see a breakdown
of each of your folders and their sizes.

Hope this helps!

As Bill mentioned, Entourage can't manage your mail, but you can set up a
schedule to move mail off your server to folders "On My Computer".

AutoArchive Exchange Account to "On My Computer"

Move all e-mail older than 60 days from your Exchange account folders to
archive folders within the "On My Computer" folder tree. Currently this
script is broken in Leopard, but here is a link on the page for a third
party application that will do this for you. It's around $10.
