Manaul where is it?

I am trying to find the manual on Office 2008 for Mac. I can not seem to find it either electronically ie a PDF or hardcopy. The online help is seriously lacking. It just covers it very basically if at all. Some items are simple NOT there! There are no books published for it yet. Is the only way to learn is trial & error. For the cost of this expensive software you would of expected some sort of manual.
Please help

There isn¹t one. Isn¹t that just bordering on criminal?

I guess they hoped we would all be so happy about the new logos and color
schemes maybe we wouldn¹t notice or we would be so blissed out we wouldn¹t
care.

I haven¹t looked in the help files, but I would be you there will be more
discussion about how to make really really really (really) attractive menu
cards for a family recipe fiesta than about how to work intelligently and
effectively with styles.

Best,

You would expect a manual, wouldn't you?

Post your questions here and people will see what they can do.

Help is not finished yet. The Online Help will be improved over time,
and by using the Feedback link on each topic, you can help set the
priority for what they put in it.

As far as I can tell, most of the missing items cover things that didn't
change from 2004. If you upgraded from Office 2004 and didn't delete it,
see if the Help in 2004 helps. There is also a Learn button in the
Project Gallery in 2004 that will take you to a PDF manual.

I haven't read all the help on it, but the search results for Styles are
encouraging. That's actually a topic I recommended yesterday.

Well, of course I was being a jerk. Too much coffee and not enough sleep or
manners.
