Mandatory Profile

Looking for advice/help.

We are wanting to use mandatory profiles, but Outlook doesn't want to play
(tries to login as the user who created the mandatory profile) if we do. Can
someone shed light on what I need to do in order to get it working, please?

We are running Server 2003/Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.

Have you checked in the Office 2003 Office Resource Kit? It contains
information on custom installations, including profile information.
