Sometimes a user may NOT want every single email linked to a business account
contact. The default appears to have all emails linked.
The overhead on systems is significant and it may be that only some emails
are required to be linked. That is emails relating to a topic or task or
opportunity etc.
This could be done manually through the link to functions or drag email on
to appropriate business contact or company rather than automatically assigned
as currently.
There does not appear to be any way to stop email being indexed against
every email account in BCM.
