Manual computer crash need to back up outlook

I am about to manually crash my computer and bring it back to manufacturers
settings from the beginning. I have backed up files that I need to keep all
aprt from Outlook.
Can anyone tell me how I can backup outlook to a storage drive and then once
I have crashed/reloaded my system back to factory settiings, restore my
outlook data back into outlook please.

I appreciate any help.

What I have done so far is copied these oulook files from;
Appdata/local/microsoft/outlook/then there are 5 files. I've copied these 5
files onto a removable storage drive.
Is this right?

Then if this is right, how do I get them back into outlook when I've
finnshed taking the computer back to factory settings?
