Manual time/date workaround for History?

In Outlook 2003 BCM (on WinXP-pro PC), is there any workaround to the
problem of not being able to manually enter/change a date in...

Business Contact History > Add > Business Note (and other things)

I took a few paper notes last week at a meeting, and a few notes yesterday
on a phone call with Joe. If the notes are entered into BCM right now, they
are going to get the *current* time/date next to them...makes the record
less useful for managing this business contact.

Does anyone have a "trick" (without temporarily altering the Win clock/date)
to get the right time/date onto these notes? Truth is, I need to enter into
BCM a lot of contacts (from ACT!) along with certain abbreviated historical
records with past dates/times for each.

Is this on the list of asked-for improvements (by a few or many) for the
next version? Any idea when it might arrive?

Thank you for choosing Business Contact Manager

The date/time for a business note cannot be changed manually. It is
populated automatically from the system time.

However, the feature that you are looking for is on the wish-list for future
versions of BCM.

I'm sure someone involved in future versions of BCM reads this group
and has noted your request.

It is a good idea to let folks know what features would make BCM easier
and better for you.

Please post your wishlist, but be aware that features in future
versions have to be balanced between 100,000s of users, the resources
needed to implement them, and other considerations; e.g. employers may
not want their employees to change certain fields for security reasons.

BTW, you are not the first person in this group to request this feature.

Thanks, Luther, points well taken. Yes, it would be nice to add this
feature to a wish list, if there is one. And, I'm not surprised others want
to be able to change date/time...that seems to be a fundamental thing.
