Manual workflow on dispform.aspx template page

I have a workflow that starts manually. What I need however is to cut out the
steps of clicking workflows then the workflow in order to initiate it. How
can I get a button that is shown on the dispfrom.aspx that will start the
wokflow for that item.



any ideas?
