Manually Re-arrange Grouping

Email message cannot be dragged and dropped into different groups. This is a
feature that existed in Outlook 98 and Outlook 2000.

Are you talking about Outlook 2003? It's broken for the Subject property,
but works for others I've tried.

Yes, I was talking about Outlook 2003. The only groupings I have are by
subject, so they are the only ones that matter to me.
