manually remove

Can someone point me instructions on how to manually remove MSAccess?
(Since I will be reinstalling, I suspect there will be registry keys and
other files that may need deleting for a clean install, usually not enabled
through the Add/Remove option or from the Office CD repair mode).

AFAIK the only realistic way is to use Add/Remove Programs. There are
reportedly "thousands" of registry entries and they are unpublished.

I believe there is a difference between "Remove, then Install" as against
"Re-Install". I have no proof though.

If the installation is damaged, I'd re-install it in order to remove it, and
then go from there.

When upgrading to later Access, it does (or usually does) ask if you want to
cleanup previous stuff. I don't know of a better way.

There is really no such thing as a clean PC, after it's been used, in my
opinion. That's why developers often "Ghost" back a clean OS, for testing.

OK. I appreciate your response, Chris.
However, please tell me about "AFAIK". I do not know what this means.

Uhmm. AFAIK you should disregard that last reply post.
I was a bit too focused on a tech-cure.
