MSP_PROJECTS
I JUST got hosed by the spooler. I got the "duplicate tasks" error on a
REPUBLISH ASSIGNMENTS and proceeded to delete the project from Admin and
re-import the project in question.
Looks like I inadvertently hit the "retry" button on the spooler and it
entered it
into SQL DB. I can see it in PWA -> Admin -> Clean up Project Server
database but without version.
I've tried using all the standard tools like PSCleaner, etc. but they don't
recognize the entry.
Going straight to the horse's mouth the SQL DB, I found that "ghost" project
entry is located in MSP_WEB_PROJECTS but not in MSP_PROJECTS, unless it has a
PROJ_NAME 'global2005526122819' which looks like a temp file.
Is it possible for me to remove the entry for Project_Ghost in
MSP_WEB_PROJECTS without any serious repercussions? Perhaps remove
Enterprise Resources associated with the Project_Ghost prior to deleting the
entry?
Any help would be helpful. Thanks in advance
