Many email boxes

I have access to many different email account. I have set it up so that i
can see my supervisors emails from my email, so that I can watch for certain
ones while they are gone.
My boss has client-only rules (run only when she is logged on), but she is
not logged on right now, and the rules are still running. I am wondering if
they are running becuase I am attached to her email? Or is there something
else going on.
I have client-only rules on my email, and they first run when I initially
log on for the day, but I am not sure why hers are running, when she is not
here. Please help.

Did she shut her computer down, or is her computer still running? Basically,
the answer is this: If her client only rules are running, then someone has
directly logged into that mailbox (ie, not as a 'Open other mailbox').

Personally, I'd guess her computer is still up and locked and Outlook.exe
is still running, either because she didn't exit it or an external process
didn't let the program end.

That was the first thing that I thought of, and it is completely shut down,
so Outlook is not running. Now, she is connected to her Inbox via a
Blackberry, so I am wondering if that could be causing the problem.

I'm about 97% sure that client side rules aren't going to fire because you
open the mailbox as an extra mailbox in your profile. Ask your Exchange administrator
to verify what domain accounts have the mailbox open. That'd probably be
the easiest way to find out what login might be accessing the mailbox.
