Many times messages - that I write - are returned because "it contains a
banned word". What is ment by it, what's going on and how do I correct it?

Some boobs thinks that a "bad word" filter will eliminate spam. Ask the
recipient what anti-spam software they use and why they think a bad-word
filter is of any value. Or, you could stop using those bad words in
your e-mails.

You can't correct anything unless you are the one using the bad-word
filter (which would have to be exercised on your outbound e-mails). The
recipient is using a bad-word filter (or their e-mail provider is using
one). You cannot do anything regarding their setup.

It is not a "bad word" but a "banned word"

Bad. Banned. What's the difference to whatever filter THEY are using?
