Many-to-Many relationship Wizard?

Is it possible to do the following in Visio?

There is a table (Oracle preferably, but could be Excel,...) that maps the
dependencies between objects (Ex: Object C depends on objects A and B;
Objects D and E depend on C).

Somehow, Visio reads that table and generates a visual diagram based on the
defined object dependencies.

Somehow like the Organization Chart Wizard, but for a Many-to-Many
relationship.
