Can anyone tell me how to do a many to one mail merge with
an access database? Example: I have students that have
many course numbers in seperate records. Iwant to put all
of those into one word letter.

The easiest way is to create the letter as a report in Access using
Grouping.

Word does not do it very well, but see the "Multiple items per condition"
item under the "Special merges" section of fellow MVP CIndy Meister's
website at
