Map Shift+Ctrl + Right Click to Middle Click

I have been using other programs that utilize the Hand Pan with the middle
mousse button and i want to use it in visio as well. But when i hit the
middle mouse button and try to move around the image it goes the wrong way
and then flies off the screen. Is there any way to change the mouse
functionality so i can customise to fit my working style?

You may want to provide more detail on the issue like the operating system
and the version of Visio being used. In any event this sounds more like a
mouse/driver issue. Most mice nowadays allow you to customize buttons. Have
you tested it with other office applications do you get the same results? The
mouse that I have on my system has four buttons plus a wheel. When the wheel
is held down I can pan a Visio 2007 drawing as desired. If all else fails you
could try a different mouse or check for a new driver.
