MAPI error during send as attachment

I have seen this alot after installing AOL or Netscape or
anything else that has an email client.

You have to replace the MAPI32.dll file, you might have a
backup copy somewhere that's named MAPI32x or something to
that effect and rename each of these files to the opposite
name, ie rename the MAPI32.dll to MAPI32xx.dll and vice
versa.
