MAPI error exporting calendar

I have a user who is getting the following error when exporting his calendar
to a CSV file using Outlook 2003 SP1: "An error occurred while importing or
exporting and the import/export was terminated. MAPI error 0x80070057 was
reported. Please try to import/export again later."

All of our users operate Outlook in cached mode (managed via group policy).
This error does not occur when I switch him to online mode using my
administrative account. Anyone else experience this issue?
