MAPI error when editing and republishing custom form

I am getting an error when I edit an existing form in the
organizational forms library and try to publish again
with the same name.

The error says:
---------------------------------
Unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI
error. The messaging interface has returned an unknown
error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook.
---------------------------------

I have restarted without success. I do not always have
the problem, but I have not manage to se any pattern i
the occurence of the error.

Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?
