MAPI Error

hello sir,
when i tryed to publish the form in organizational form library, the
followinf error is showing

"UNABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY PUBLISH THE FORM DUE TO A MAPI ERROR.THE FOLDER HAS
NOT BEEN AVAILABLE FOR USE WHILE OFFLINE"

but i m able to send the msg or any mail to the server and i m getting the
reply also.i m using outlook 2003 and my exchange server is 2000.in the
status bar it is showing like "CONNECTED".but not able to publish the form .

what is the error and what to do with the problem?

Try to disable cached mode and republish the form. (Tools, Email Accounts,
View or Change Exitsting Email Accounts), choose your Exchange account,
click Change, and uncheck the cached mode box.
