MAPI Spooler

In my out-going folder is also a message stuck. I can not move it, delete it or open it
The message from Outlook is: "MAPI spooler has already started to transmit the message!
I tried to delete the message with disabled LAN-Connection, but it did not work
Does anyone know how to stop the MAPI spooler from transmiting, or how to delet the message from the outbox
I would appreciate any assistance that could help me to resolve this issue
