MAPI unable to load info service PSTPRX.DLL

When I open Outlook I get a message that says " Unable to open default email
folders. The .DLL file for the information service could not be found. MAPI
unable to load info service PSTPRX.DLL Be sure the service is correctly
installed and configured."
Does anyone know what I need to do to correct this?
