Mapi unable to Load Information Service IrisMs.dll

I get this error message when trying to click on the Business Contact
Manager in the left pane in Outlook 2007.
I upgraded Office Professional 2003 with Outlook and BCM to Office Pro 2007.

Does anyone have a fix?
